I want to personally share a bit about who we are and why we do what we do.

When I immigrated to the United States, I came with a simple but powerful dream: to build a better future for my family and to create something meaningful with my own hands. I didn’t come from a construction background—I started at the very bottom, working in foundation and framing, learning the trade day by day. I spent over 10 years gaining hands-on experience from some of the best in the Bay Area. Those early years taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and doing things the right way.

In 2009, I founded Bay Land Construction to carry that passion forward under my own name. The company is a tribute to the Bay Area—where I was given the opportunity to grow, learn, and build. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted remodeling and construction team, serving homeowners throughout the region with pride and purpose.
